Non-Technical Assessment
Resume/CV Screening: We view the resumes or CVs of the applicants to shortlist candidates who meet the basic job requirements. We look for relevant experience, education, and skills that align with the positions we’re currently sourcing for.
Internal interviews: We conduct virtual / face to face interviews with shortlisted candidates, assessing their communication skills and role/team suitability. We also use this time to dive deeper into their technical skills, approach to solving problems, and their soft skills - including team work, adaptability and leadership.
